Using the History feature, case workers can enter unlimited notes after each interaction with a client (meeting, phone call, home visit). Then the case worker can update the Patron Software Calendar with the next visit, or scheduled contact, with the client.

Case workers who make off-site visits can connect directly to the Program Management Software database. All they need is a satellite modem that goes into their laptop so they can connect to the home office or server. This allows your case workers to immediately update client records with accurate and complete information. When the case worker enters the next visit in the central calendar, the office staff knows where the worker is to be at any given time and when each client is scheduled for a visit.

With Patron Software's Program Management Software you can enroll your clients in educational programs, record attendance at classes, and do pre-and post-program assessments. In addition to entering a record of all fees paid by clients, you can also record all services provided to the clients.
